Case file shared within chapters of a same mission

Hi guys!
Is there a way that I could access my case file notes from a previous chapter of a same mission? Since I began Chapter 3 (Castle Ivy), I don't have access to the information in my case file notes I copied during Chapter 2. It seems to reset the content when we start a new chapter. Did I miss something?

 

Oops, maybe it was a bug? I close the game and now my info I needed is there... thanks!
