I've started the mission and I've gotten to investigating deeper into Quachil Uttaus and then find the connection between Sigil and the Black Watchmen. I've found the Sigil Mission Report and it gave an updated entity popup, but no entity was listed and nothing seems to progress the mission forward. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
after the updated entity report, there should be a new organisation in your list. after investigating that one and discovering the Spoiler SIGIL threat report the training should complete
Same thing happened to me... and I've been trying to figure this out forever. I saw on the Discord that this happened to someone else as well, it may be a bug. I don't get any XKEYSCORE updates. What specifically have you investigated there? Maybe we're missing a vital connection or something? I've looked at all pattern analysis types for Oscar Brien, John Taylor, Gregory Letzky, and TBW. I've looked up all the records that pop up in TBW Archive. I don't know what else to do. Any help is greatly desired!
