Bug - Terminal Playback footage counts towards Terminal Operator Steam achievements

Terminal Playback footage like what plays at the beginning of Operation Dark Sentinel, counts towards the Terminal Operator Steam achievements. Noticed this because I earned Terminal Operator II while the footage was playing during the command input scene. I suspect this affects all Terminal Operator achievements but cannot confirm yet.
