    Whenever I attempt to login I'm greeted with this. No key input allows me to escape this screen. The player remains open, loading the logo in the center for an infinite amount of time. This renders the game unplayable for me. I restarted my computer, ran the game multiple times, and allowed this to stay loading for 10 minutes. No dice. I also have a solid internet connection, and a good gaming rig with all drivers up to date.


    On an unrelated note, I'm very happy to see the team releasing new content for my favorite currently released game in the Alice & Smith universe.

    I think this has to do with the loading of the intro video.
    When you manage to get logged in, you wont have to worry about that thing anymore, cause this only happens the first time (when youve seen the vid once, it wont appear anymore)

    This may be something else, I sent you a mail.

    Did you got this issue before the client update? (The new client show Whitechapel log-in screen)

    In general, the triangle stuck in a loop mean the client is unable to reach the server. Windows defender or Antivirus are often the cause (even with exception). We did have some trouble also with ISP in Turkey. (During the same time Wikipedia was blocked)

    Can you PM me your agent name, i'll take a look on my side.

    I got the same problem.... how can i fix this ?

    I talked to one of the staff (Andrea) and he said he's looking into it. So they are aware of it and working to address it. From what I've put together it's a bug as of the recent update that only applies to newly created accounts that haven't logged in during a previous update like "zaelong" said.

    Yea it works just fine now. Thank you for your hard work and all that you do. I'm glad it was resolved so quickly.
