'Eliza' was the doctor. Find the 'patient'

The 'patient' was 'diagnosed' with paranoid schizophrenia, and the two are not siblings

Thank you very much Agent. I got focused on an aspect of the intel which was not completely irrelevant to the task but simply overlooked.

Can anybody nudge me in the right direction for 3.2.3? Hate to admit it, but i don't really have an idea of where to start

Same here. What I got so far:
The Review file was modified by Samantha, so the clue should be there. Every second trait is not a trait from the dispositional theory, so I tried to use the percentage for a word count in the Journal 17 file, but this gets me nowhere. Same when using only the correct traits

You are REALLY REALLY CLOSE. Here's my hint:
Journal 17 is just lore for you to read, not a puzzle.

    Anybody making progress on V4?
I got the panel manual from tech support, but, no idea what to do with it.

    Some hint on Version 4:
Normally the files you view are named like "log" or "journal" or something like that, but this time...

Now I'm stuck at version 5, don't know where to start with, could someone give me hint?

I see there are many misspelled words, so I tried to count the numbers or combine the misspelled words, just whatever I do with them doesn't give anything that makes sense.
Am I even on the right way?

Let's try this together...I am here so far:
The 3 cryptic file names - 10 characters, 5 characters, 10 character - can be inserted in the 5x5 roster of the assembled panel (note that the spaces between the circles has to be used as the circles - anchors? - are forming a 6x6 roster.) The 2 dials and the lever could be plugged lego-like onto this, marking some of the letters. But as the dials are turned 360° degrees I don't thinhk it's about re-arranging the letters but giving us an order. Left side 9-6-3-12 and right side 3-6-9-12? Flipping the swith in the middle marks two letters (one starter position and one on the end position? What I can't figure out is where to put the dials and the lever exactly - I printed the pictures and the "Attach Dial 1 to Control Panel1" etc. are not exactly levelling up, so I guessing the dials shall occupy a 3x3 roster on the panel (2nd to 5th row), but using the technique above, it is giving me euov oe tiol...which doesn't seem right...;-). Ideas? Suggestions?

So I got to this but it's not clicking for me, if anyone has a suggestion...?

I've tried adding, subtracting, letter counting, anagrams...

you have the right method already there - and the "text" to use it on is not as far away as one would think

on 4.2.3 - i'm still stuck there but:
filenames length and order are the same as panels grid size if you're looking for orientation

don't count circles as letter placeholders

No chance of a bit more clarity? Or an additional hint, if we're on completely the wrong track?
Arranging the letters on the grid (top-down or left-right) seems like it should give a useful key... but interpreting the instructions seems to leave a LOT of options open, especially when it comes to placing the dials & lever. (Also, are the switches relevant at all? I mean, they're placed BELOW the grid...)

Also, having tried placements of the dials & lever in 2nd row, 3rd row, and 4th row... I'm just not getting it to work.

I hope this isn’t too much of a spoiler for the panel- please don’t look unless you’re really stuck.
all you need is the 5x5 grid, the letters and the start sequence. Don’t worry about the switches right now and just think of the power up sequence as instructions for placement of ......not dials and switches but something else you have. I hope this isn’t too much of a give away
. If you need a bit more PM me.

Oh my god. Thank you, we were completely on the wrong track. In fact, I suppose one could argue we had it exactly backwards. (Which may be a hint, if you take my previous comment into account.)

... though now I STILL can't get the darn thing to accept my response.
Either the question or any form of the answer I can think of. *headdesk*

Aricle, remember there is still 1 more step, there’s something you haven’t used.

I did just realize that. Sadly...
I just don't see where I have seven of anything. And ASCII doesn't seem helpful either.
I'm feeling like I must be a bit dumb on this one.

I'm stuck on 5.2.3 too, after getting what I thought was the password... And now I have no idea what to do with it.
But I've got some hint for you:
You may want to check the sentences length, it should give you a feeling of the right direction.

    Aricle,
Take step by step carefully, you're probably overthinking.
