Since the call for help system was taken down from the TBW client, there's been no way to indicate you're available to help agents with missions. @MattGD has been working on a new bot for the Discord, and was kind enough to include a function that allows agents to go 'on duty' and opt-in to a role that new agents can ping for assistance. Here's how it works: 1) In the Discord Server, go to the #bot-commands channel 2) Type in the command Code: !onduty 3) Ocelbot will alert you that you are now an 'Active Agent', and your name will appear under the 'Active Agent' header in the sidebar. The Active Agent role is able to be pinged by anyone, so if you are a new agent looking for help, all you need to do is type Code: @Active Agent in any Discord channel, and it will send an alert to the agents currently 'on duty'. Please be advised that when you take this role, you will be asked for assistance by new agents and will be expected to assist them. If they're asking for help with a mission you haven't completed or a puzzle that you don't understand, please let the agent requesting help know (if no other Active Agents are online). When you're going to go AFK or will be too busy to assist new agents, you can remove the Active Agent role in the same way that you requested it: 1) In the Discord Server, go to the #bot-commands channel 2) Type in the command Code: !onduty 3) Ocelbot will alert you that you are no longer listed as an Active Agent, and thank you for your help. I hope this new system will be useful in assisting new players! If you have any feedback please feel free to let us know either on the Discord server or in this thread.
