Here's the general flow of how to find a vulnerability. 1) Enumerate subdomains using your DNS and VHOST Mapping tool (sfuzzer or osintscan) 2) Fingerprint the subdomains you have identified If you're unable to find a vulnerable subdomain in this Academy training mission, it's possible that you haven't gotten a full list of all the subdomains.
