I made a little map with the locations mentioned marked just in case. https://www.google.com/maps/d/edit?mid=zO9tH6esEz1M.kS8IVGIhUwwM
Hello Everyone, I just received my package today and have a little more to add to the document. I will add it to the google doc but it says: " learned from our mistakes to ensure the utmost safety for our new subjects. We "
Logged into Rosenberg's intranet on the clinic website. the audio is different. Muffled voices, can't make them out right now... creepy! Spoiler Login: [email protected] Password: 1976 Edit: i think it's the exorcism but i don't remember it being there before. I called the number and it actually rang. It sounded like someone picked up and hung up on me. [hope i didn't wake anybody up lol, sorry PMs] I also re-subed to the newsletter. Just to cover our bases
I've checked it and I keep hearing Wagner's music. I think the exorcism can be heard from 00:00 to 06:00 EST (UTC/GMT -5)
I hear slightly different audio tracks each time I log into the Rosenberg Intranet and load the creepy page. Spoiler They all seem to be selections from Richard Wagner so far. One of them was definitely "Ride of the Valkyries" -- can't mistake that one. Another one was "Das Rheingold - Part 2", I think.
In this document https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qwI1-dhICLm7wIM89r_Qp8WSLR5saZiw0VJGPKPs0QE/edit#gid=0 you can find the links to all of the background sound files, including the exorcism.
Thanks. I was not able to take part in that mission last summer and never followed up on what happened. This helps a lot. Seems like I missed something good.
No prob And don't worry, you didn't miss anything "important" related to the future story line. All that happened last summer was a way to promote the Kickstarter campaign; something like A&S making a stand to show that they wouldn't give up after the first try. The real party was that weekend in October when we rescued Msika. That was fun. Since then I'm hoping to personally meet Mr. Whitechapel one of these days, he seems like an amusing person And, although it is true that everything started last summer, I personally believe that the things to come are on an entirely different scale.
maybe a certain number of views/access to: the sites pages and this intranet video with varied audio will instill a change like once before in such a mission...
I just received my package and a very interesting strip! Front and back of the COAT Spoiler culture. I plan to further test these cultures to establish a better profile of
Received my package this morning, with his little message: Spoiler mentioned last time we spoke. His curiosity has increased, and we need to act
Just got mine - I'm tempted to post a picture of all the goodies, but that's for another thread. ;P The strip of text was the same as Naurthoron's: "the gene expression, but my preliminary analysis shows significant change and" I did, however, find one additional piece of paper, which I believe is a first? Did a quick rummage through the thread, but couldn't find any other instance of it: Not sure where to apply it. Just posting this, so I'll check the USB for any oddities we haven't already uncovered. Off the bat, however, the first thing to pop up is Miyazakis "The Wind Rises", which in turn is based partly on Jiro Horikoshi's life - designer of the Zero fighter from WW2 - with elements from the life of Hori Tatsuo, who wrote - interestingly enough - a book called "The Wind Has Risen", which follows the progression of the female lead's disease, placed in a Tuberculosis sanitarium. However, nothing that would fit the _ _ _ - _ format has come up yet, nor, as mentioned, any indication of where to put it in. (I went with the Japanese train of thought because of, well, obvious reasons if you look at the missions I've done.) Edit: Checked USB, nothing there but what we've already uncovered - apart from some hidden folders that I suspect are part of the USB inherently. At least nothing in them that would directly point toward the paper pictured above - anyone else also seeing those folders, just to be safe? Just for reference, the strip of text was found in the bag with various smaller items (USB, Lighter, Dog-tags, Key-ring). The Hangman paper was found in a seam of the jacket.
Hehe, likewise ^^ Was editing in what I had gotten by going down that path when you wrote - great minds thinking alike and all that jazz ;P
It's a lost game of Hangman. Try to use only letters unused in the title to find the letters composing the "_ _ _-_" word perhaps. The Wind Rises -> a b c f g j k l m o p q u v x y z
My most important finding: You can spell "blackgum" with the remaining letters. All goes downhill from here. I let it run through an anagram-solver just to get some ideas. Since the passphrase seems to consist of a three letter word I include those results below. I just realised it cut off the "z". I haven't found another that allows more letters. So keep that in mind. I will look further into this but have the results as well. Maybe you can achieve more with it than I.
