Several agents reported the misconduct of Agent Mike Grisha.

He has been using secure channels to insult the diligent work of the Agents of our Division, which is annoying AND frustrating (many of our Agents who would like nothing more than to get clearance for field work, myself included).

If it was just that, we could have clenched our teeth and let it go.

But Agent Grisha apparently also loves to make everyone waste their time by imposing his passion for his sports team in pointless riddles, hindering the completion of sensitive tasks for our agency.

Is there anyone in HR who could remind him that even in hockey, the scorer needs the rest of the team on his side ?

Wait, interdepartmental complaints are a thing? I thought the insular division structure negated those.

I have some files to burn.

Interdepartmental complaints and memos are a thing, but usually they're a note that burns upon reading.

the division structure only separates the departments by what they do.
Back in Div-33 we received comms and files from div-42 and div-79 all the time to help us in our case loads. not much from 93 or 66, but it all depended on what our cases were.

Agent Mike Grisha is a brilliant agent. This we cannot deny. But also his love for hokey is undeniable too. Right now his love for hockey and our operations are colliding. We know it's hard to be a field agent but what he doesn't know is that what we are doing behind our desk is not a joke or some competition. Because of his childish attitude we had an interruption while receiving voice mail intel. What I'm saying is we are doing a professional job here and somebody needs to remind Mr. Grisha what we are doing.

I just posted this in the general forum. Bring him to me for "additional training" so he will finally understand why we're calling the shots. Since he likes to use the phrase "pencil-pusher" so often, we'll see how he likes having those pencils pushed into various orifices. Shouldn't hear a peep from him after that, apart from "yessir/yes ma'am".
