I've been looking through preferences, but only found one location to turn off email alerts. I have turned that off, but am still receiving them. Any chance I missed something? Thx, Ruke
Yes, we are connecting the email bridge. Right now every email sent from the forums is met with a deadly 'bridge error' on our server log files... The bridge should be integrated by Sunday.
To stop receiving emails from here on out, go to Settings (under your agent name in the corner) -> Preferences -> Uncheck "and receive email notifications of replies" To stop receiving emails to threads you have posted on prior to unchecking that box, go to "Watched Threads-> Show All Watched Threads -> {Select threads manually} -> 'With Selected Box' -> Choose 'Disable Email Notifications.' At least that did it for me. You've probably fixed it but I wanted to get this written up in case others have the same issue. My phone kept buzzing every few minutes last night so email notifications are not efficient for me.
I continued getting emails for posts after I had unchecked the box. I think the 'watched threads' has priority over the 'and receive email notifications of replies'
