With beta soon to expire and go-live on the horizon - where is the best place for agents to verify and edit their personnel records with up-to-date contact information? Is it simply the "Clearance" icon in the client?
This is relevant seeing as I just moved and my address on file is slightly different now. I'd hate to have the wrong people being concerned about a black van outside their house.
