Anashel has posted the team's Beta phase Roadmap, that outlines the features they are working on up to release. At the moment, there's no clearance level differentiation, but it will come. You aren't missing anything at Red clearance now, since we're all Red, and when the time comes to request a higher clearance, HQ will let you know.
