Not sure how to go about claiming my rewards. I used the same email address for Kickstarter as I've used for this forum.
Your items and rewards should be on their way - I believe. You should have received an email with a survey a few months ago - around mid October (titled "Response Needed! -- Get your reward for The Black Watchmen GAME & COMIC BOOK"), asking you to check off the items you wanted for the amount you pledged. There was a limited response time (48 hours, I believe), so no point in filling it out now. However, according to the FAQ sent out along with that survey (in the email titled "Project Update #23: The Black Watchmen GAME & COMIC BOOK by Alice & Smith"), you weren't required to fill out the survey to get your rewards - it would only speed along the process if you did. In case you opted in for the Gold Membership reward, it should be available to you now; simply send an email to [email protected], detailing your forum username. As for the TBW Long-Coat for TSW, if you are eligible for that, you should find the code in an email sent out near the beginning of December, titled "Get your TSW long coat code + Weekend contest" As for the physical items, A&S Attempted to get all of them sent out in time for Christmas, but due to some delays, they've pushed it back to some time in January (tentative!). Either way, I'd suggest sending either VGG or Anashel a Convo, or an email to [email protected], regarding the status of your items - just to be sure.
Oh thank goodness you posted this; chibimerrick and I were in Japan for 3 weeks and I thought I missed out on the longcoat. I did find my email though and got my coat woohoo!
I input the code but the game wouldn't give me the longcoat. Sadness. I don't know why....it said it was invalid, though I copy-pasted it from the email.
And if the code still doesn't work you can always try help.funcom.com They may be able to apply it manually.
