Hello, I downloaded the client to try out the alpha puzzle. I attempted to register an account within the client, but it just loads for a few seconds and then goes back to the registration screen. Then I made a forum account on the website and tried to log in that way, but get an "Unknown error" message when logging in. Any thoughts? I am not a backer, if that's relevant. Screenshot: Thanks!
Hmm, to my recollection this is a new one, so can't rightly say what's the cause of the issue. However, there are a few things you can double check: Forum Accounts and Client Accounts are seperate; you'll have to create a new account via the client as you initially attempted - identical usernames should not be an issue. If you've played either "Planetary Annihilation" or "Loadout", you might need to use an email other than the ones you used to create an account there, or alternatively log in via PlayFab support and change that accounts email, which should free it up for use with the TBW client. For now, despite the TBW client also makes use of PlayFab, current PlayFab accounts can not be used to log in, and already registered emails can not be used to create a new account. Other than that, the only other thing I can think of to attempt, is to try and register using Client version 1.1.0 or 1.1.1, as it may be an issue with version 1.1.2 that's gone by largely unnoticed, considering most accounts would've likely been made during the first two clients. (I've taken the liberty of copying your post to the relevant thread concerning 1.1.2, but will leave your thread open, seeing as it may be a general issue that newcommers might have trouble sifting through pages of bug-reports to find.)
