I've been a fan of this show since it began. This season has been very interesting from an Agent's point of view. http://www.cbs.com/shows/person_of_interest/ Last night's episode "Nautilus" was about the covert team of good guys protecting a Live Action ARG player from getting too deep into her James Bond Experience. The story arc this season is much more covert Agency stuff, saving the world with no notice from the mundanes. I recommend it.
I really love this show as well. Root is awesome. And yeah last night's episode was very black watchmen-y.
Season four began last week. For anybody wanting to get up to speed by watching past episodes. The first two seasons were fairly episodic with not much relevant story arc but plenty of intercharacter relationship stuff. Season three contains most of the backstory concerning the current villains, organizations, and the reasons behind the working conditions of the good guys. Yes she is. I see a lot of my MoPono persona in what drives Reece. And whenever Shah is on screen its just plain fun. I still have last season's Root episode (#17) on my DVR for replay.
