Hey guys in case I move out or just wanting to stop getting called/mailed, how do I manage to "unsubsribe" from this? (clearence level yellow) Hope I posted this in the right place
Hey @Loyd You can downgrade your clearance level to red (no real world interactions) through the game client (the same way you upgraded it). This should remove you from the list of people that could be called by A&S, however if you are still concerned and want to be removed entirely as soon as possible, it would likely be best to contact Anashel or Codex to get your details removed manually. If you do choose to just downgrade to red clearance, it's worth knowing your information won't be deleted immediately (everyone's info is normally deleted between seasons) however as I've said, this wouldn't be acted upon As a final note, if you decided to move, you can always update your contact details using the "Update Info" button below each clearance level. You can also use orange clearance if you wish to still receive calls (during the day in your local timezone) but not physical mail. Hope this helps!
