can't register

i enter all my info to register in-game and it says connecting and nothing ever happens.

 

Sounds like you might have trouble connecting to our servers.. make sure the application is whitelisted in your firewall.

 

anywhere else we check for this happening? I'm on the demo, i put in my information.. didnt use tab... game is allowed within firewall

i get a connecting triangle for about 20seconds and nothing happens

 

their server is down too

 

@dRaf21 normally the triangle looping indicates it can't connect - so can be on their end or yours. I just tried to log in and didn't have any issues so if you have checked firewall/av etc then I suggest you drop @Anashel a PM.

@Detective Jack i answered you in your other thread - please don't create multiple posts about the same thing - it makes it harder for the devs to spot and manage those who need help
