Hi, I apologize if the category I'm posting in is wrong, I didn't know where to ask my question. A few days ago, I won a copy of the Nite Team 4 game in the 500-winner contest, the point being that the code is from the official platform of the game, and not for Steam. The question is; if I activate the code or coupon, will I be able to access Steam with a new key when the game is available there or does the code only serve the official platform and directly activate the game? im not a developer, so correct me if im wrong, but from what ive heard about those coupons is that they load "extra content" (like skins or missions) into your account. so if you create an account (if you havent have one already) and enter the coupon somewhere in the player dashboard, the special content associated with that code will be unlocked for that specific account. when the game is released, and you login with that acount, the content would still be unlocked. the actual game key will probebly send to you at a later time, when when the game is released on steam, so youll get another code for that. Disclaimer: this is my interpretation of how this was supposed to work, i hope the devs will point out any mistakes in my assumptions

I'll wait to see if specifically after activating the code, I could get a key for Steam or if the only way to play it will be through the official platform, have a good night.
