It sounds like the game has evolved quite a bit since the alpha, which is lovely to hear. I did wonder how you were going to make a full game from the pattern format you had before, so the new layering system is a welcome change. I'm glad that you're incorporating FMV into it. Between Her Story, Cloud Chamber, The Witness, and to a lesser extent TBW, this is a trend I'm really glad to see back in video games. Well-done mixed media can really elevate an experience. Looking forward to the beta!
I'm really excited to see an update of this game. Good job adressing the risk of "repetitivness" of the previous system. And about FMV's You said it @nikel ! I miss the FMV's of old!
