Trouble Logging In

hi guys when i try to log in i end up getting a "unknown error" msg and when i try to change my password just a red "error" at the bottom just wondering if the server is down or am i doing something wrong lol it all worked yesterday now it's not any help would be appreciated


PS: sorry if i see or respond to any questions at a weird time or really late i work night shift at my job and am asleep during the day time

hey so i tried the password reset but the game client still keeps giving me "unknown error"

 

Now it sounds like more an Internet/AV issue.

You can try disabling AV for some time or try to change the internet enviroment you have.
Try also uninstalling/reinstalling the game.

 

im trying reinstalling now and playing around with the internet settings will advise
