Current Email Address No Longer Working On Here

    SO I have noticed I have been missing emails from TBW forums ( Conversations , ETC ) Not receiving them.
    Now I have used this email since season 1 and never had any issue. This started 1-2 weeks ago Estimated.

    So today I switched email addresses on the forums, and the 2nd account got the verification email, but the primary email I have always used CANNOT receive the confirmation emails
    { No- the sender is not blocked I verified
    the email provider I use is not having trouble , I just got off the phone with them and it is not blocking the email server side.

    I am curious if anyone else is having this issue , I would love to use my primary email instead of a 2nd just to get news / etc on here.
    Also the primary email is the same one I use for the game client, Will this affect the emails for the game updates IE: Mission sets , live event etc. ( it is strange as I got all the RUBYDRAGON emails ) but the forums are giving me hell.

    This is very hard to reproduce since you are not providing the name of the email provider.
    Please provide the names and will take a look.

    I would check your inbox preferences for whatever the first email is-- I know when I use an Outlook email, occasionally important things will get picked up by their 'clutter' function and get hidden from me, as an example. Barring that, you can try and set up a forwarding rule from email number two to email number one for all of the forum-related emails, just as a band-aid fix until you get to the root of the problem.

    yeah I already went through all the settings, I even added the emails being sent to my priority senders list. It is just odd . one day it just stopped sending me emails from this game only. when it worked for so long before and I changed nothing

    Also I noticed that the confirmation emails come from @aliceandsmith.com and the game updates that I do receive still is [email protected] . I am not sure if your using the same email server or if this info would help, but I thought I would put this info up here

    Have you checked the spam folder? If the emails are not even there, then ESP (Email Service Provider) is blocking the mail.
    And even if they claim that it's not blocked, don't trust them.
    I have seen multiple cases at work where customers are not getting the emails and when contacted ESP, they claim not to have issues while i'm staring an error where it says that its their issue (for example on case today which i cannot tell details. I can only say Sent mails were not syncing correctly and ESP was like "not our issue" while i see on error code and on message that it is)

    As for game updates, they are all coming from MailChimp (as seen here)

    Also the ISP email servers are always full of extra security stuff which are not needed, so recommend using like @gmail.com, @outlook.com, @yahoo.com etc email.

    No its not in the spam it seems to be blocked as other email providers work.
    That is what I ended up doing, using my gmail account I have for games. it did the same thing on Ahnayro when I just tested it. looks like its time to call Tier 3 of my ISP again and yell at them. it seems to be only blocking @aliceandsmith.com emails. Only thing I did in that time frame was upgrade my net speed to 300mbps.
