NOTICE TO ALL DIVISION 79 DEPARTMENTS PARTY! PARTY!! PARTY!!! The annual Valentine’s Day office party WILL CONTINUE as scheduled, despite recent operations regarding Aconite Capital. DATE: Feb. 13 TIME 2 p.m. to WHENEVER! In a break with tradition, this year we will NOT be serving potluck. Instead, AGENT WHEELER has graciously volunteered to cook enough of her famous CHICKEN DIVAN casserole for everyone to enjoy, and for DESSERT she’s baking MOJITO CUPCAKES! That’s right, folks! Everyone’s favorite archivist is taking a break from her work to join us surface-dwellers for an afternoon of FUN AND GAMES in honor of the Patron Saint of love, beekeepers, and plague-sufferers! AGENT TRUSK will also be bringing up some EXCITING FINDS from the Vault, including a set of “love potions” (his words) from the ’93 op in New Orleans. Trusk has assured me that this WILL NOT be a repeat of last year’s debacle. Question: Will there be a punch bowl, and approximately how many Agents have been enlisted to guard it from the inevitable spiking attempts by @dylanamite? Also, will there be karaoke again?
There will be a punch bowl, and my understanding is that Trusk is preparing a ritual to bind several guardian spirits to the bowl, thus freeing up all the attendees from that task. And there WILL be karaoke this year. Anyone planning to sing is strongly encouraged to bring several packs of ear plugs and at least two bottles of alcohol (cheap is fine) as a peace offering.

i am asuming said guardian spirits will be non hostile to attendees who want to take a drink at the bowl? otherwise, it'd be a waste of even having punch... and as a sidenote i might add, it would be a good idea to take earplugs with you, either way.
Are we sure another party is a good idea? Celebrations haven't exactly gone to plan recently with the Halloween and Christmas parties almost ending with us all dying. Either way, myself and Dylanalike will be attending. We'll be dueting Chandeliar for the karaoke.

Yeah, just loot a firing range before you go. Should be everything from plugs to noise-dampening headsets
Not that I want to be a party pooper but doesn't someone have to sit in the situation room? I'm sure Grisha would be happy to do this, he doesn't seem to have much in the way of people skills so probably wouldn't react well to being in a room full of people having fun.
We can just pop our heads in from time to time, it usually doesn't change too fast and if something comes up we can put the party on hold.
@AcidicSaul09 I dont think it would such a great idea to ask Grisha; last thing i heard of him was him being on a holiday leave, when he was called back to duty for an emergency in london. He's still pissed at me, because some aconite assassin thought to be funny... either way, like middipper said, if we just drop in every hour, im sure it would be okay.
due to safety regulation i think its better to move the afterparty to just in front of the main elevator, because, yes, the elevators are big, but definitely not big enough. and in case of an emergency evac, it pretty nice, not to be locked inside an elevator. though on the other hand, it'd be neat to have a moving afterparty location
