He's not joking, we've had a lot of accidents lately. I'm not anticipating any further accidents. And considering the work done in some of our other labs, I don't think it would be too hard to fool a DNA swab. So my lab techs wear brands. I have a way to remove them if you ever want to leave Micro C, no worries.
The last few were ripped apart by a pagan feast deity. Just let me know if you want a kevlar vest that fits under standard lab gear
No, but it'll weigh you down like heck. We're working on a ceramic design that should reduce weight but Kevlar is what we have now.
*pant*pant* I didn't realise the physical examination test were this intensive I feel like i've run about two times a marathon and some more... Later on, i might need to work on my stamina, if i want to keep up with you guys. @Treble Thank you for your offer, please don't mind me passing by later for a vest.
You might want to do that, yeah. If push comes to shove, Micro C is pretty much self-reliant, and you don't want to be left in the dust in an emergency situation. Welcome aboard!
@Castilion I am asumeing it is a nickname for the armory... I am more worried about the term "Dipper Special" but i'll let that slide
Ever watch any cop shows where they show you the evidence room? It's basically a steel chain length fence that blocks off an area, and there's a hole cut out where a guy can hand you stuff from behind him. It's where most of the basic weapons and gear are kept, it's the front part of the armory basically. It's where most of the normal agents interact with us.
I can assure you all that you aren't going to need Kevlar vests... Additionally, if you bring Kevlar vests into the lab, you're not going to be able to take them out. They'll degrade if I autoclave them, and we can't risk some of these organisms hitching a ride out the door on your 'safety equipment'.
note to all personal at Micro-C; please be carefull around my working station, as some of you might have noticed, I have a case with some leeches in it. They are completely harmless as long as you dont put your arm in it, that is. Brendan and Doyle might ignore you, but Kieran is fiesty one.... just so you know. also, for those with a weak stomach, i recommend you not to be nearby on monday evenings between 6-8pm local time. just dont...
