Assuming that there weren't any devices on him, just a cell phone that got stuck in his pocket, I'd say wait until I've had a little chat with this warehouse. Still don't know what he knows or why he's here

Ok, so the government is officially disavowing any knowledge of that facility, but are not allowing us to engage it because of possible collateral damage. So what they are actually saying is that it's either one of their black sites, or it's something they want to hit themselves. I can't do anything at present.

 

OK, so... What do we do with the kid...?

 

Uh... either get authorization from higher command to let him go, or keep him there until we figure out this mess. There's nothing that says we can't treat him well, behavior depending. I've already sent someone to secure his house and deal with the broken windows
