Working on the same one here are the possible connections that I am looking at: Spoiler 1. The storm from October 23 2002 peaks on the same day as the one that Rooney went missing. 2. The October 14 2008 storm happens at same coordinates as the Rooney storm, and also happens at the same time and place Gabriella Pace, and Jennifer O'Reiley went missing.
