Just solved the part cron was asking about. Here's a nudge for anyone else stuck: Spoiler: nudge Don't bother trying to analyze the audio, this is another research-based puzzle. The transmission is somewhat famous.

Please excuse my troll brain, but where the fuck is the audio and other info referred to in Quinn's memo? I've tried everything I can find as an archive call number and nowt's working! Obviously that mean it's not in the archives, so where the ferk is it...?!

For example, we know all scorpions (not insects, I know) have claws and a stinging tail. Even amongst scorpions, we can tell species apart by their individual features. It is obviously a techno song. Well, probably not, but it does appear to be made of digital instrumentation. The foundation of all digital technology is 1's and 0's, binary. Signals are usually transmitted via radio. There is a well-known binary radio signal that would be of interest to our organization. See if you can find some "famous binary audio signals"
