Which Program Should I Use To Analyse Audio Files

I would like an expert advice on audio decryption program.

 

I think I had mentioned it on the IRC earlier, but based on what we've done so far, you'll only need basic audio manipulation. Y'know, the usual speed stuff, reversal, change pitch, whatever. I highly recommend Audacity, because it's easy for everyone to use, and it has everything you SHOULD need.
