I think I brought this up in a old Ama. But is it possible forum wise. To add a option that would show how a agent was receuited. For example. 1. Direct approach ( found the game themselfs or saw ads ) Or 2. An active agent recruited them , which would be Their Handler. Example. On Thierry profile page Agent the_beast. Handler : cronkllr And if it could keep a tally of how many agents you are handling and or who . on your personal profile that would be great Example Personal Profile page Handler : 23 agents. Which could link to the agents. I know I am reaching here. But anything basic would be cool too.
I second this. We can use this possibly for a future recruiting mission, as well! I think I remember Jarobi mentioning something like that being a possibility in one of the AMAs.
I am the one who brought it up in a ama. But they agreed it would be good. I would love to see this. I have been recruiting alot latley, and as a handler I could guide / nudge them in the right way. This could be a new aspect to TBW
I do like the idea of implementing how people came to join TBW, but I'm a bit concerned that having 'Handlers' comes a bit too close to a rank system, which might intrude on the level of teamwork and community. I dunno, it's just a bit of a concern from my perspective.
Perhaps 'Recruiter' would be a better term? More literal too. And you could have 'Recruits' listed on your page.
I was thinking along the terms of a real handler, I know the people I recruited are friends so I would show them the ropes etc, and handle them. It is recruiting if you just recruit and let them go on their own. either way is good . I think handler is better as that's is what I do for the ones I recruit.
I think of it more as a mentorship, but recruit/ Handler doesn't matter. but It would be nice to have that feature.
