Hello, Just got the game to play season one, and so far I love it. Unlocked the agent map, and forgot that I began playing the game with my VPN on. Now the game thinks I live in Toronto… Is that going to be a problem for when season two starts? Will I be able to change my location? Thanks!
When you sign up for yellow clearance (assuming that you want to), you can give the Dev's your full address. This will override anything in the agent map.
I signed up for yellow, and the game still thinks I'm in Canada. Does it take time to adjust? Seeing as I'm physically disabled, I'm not 100% certain I will be able to play on yellow, but I would like the option to.
Hey Icerazer, The location on your map is noted on the first time you launch the client, and it will not update unless A&S resets, which is unlikely. This has no bearing on your yellow status. You can confirm with the developers about the address if you feel you might have put it in incorrectly, but don't worry about the location of the dot.
