One of our specimens has chewed its way through its cage in Bio Lab 5C this morning. It shouldn't be that big of a problem, but if anyone sees what looks like a hairless dog with spines down its back anywhere, just let me know. The department is currently working on ideas to lure it back into containment. Unrelated: Does anyone have any goats I could borrow?
Are you sure it chewed its way out? You guys are pretty competent in 5C, seems unusual to have housed a specimen in a cage made of some sort of material that was soft enough for it to have chewed through. Double check the 'bite marks', you sure they're not wrench marks? We do have a wrench on the loose....
We could just send out teams with tranq rifles. It's not like this thing is immune to that kind of stuff, right?
Well, we could tranq it, if we could find the blasted thing. It's damn good at hiding itself, even in a facility like this. Also:Further investigation revealed that the escape was indeed assisted. The perpetrator has been found. I would like to take the time to remind all agents that specimens are not to be taken home for "Halloween decor" especially not the bloodsucking ones.
As an addendum, if anyone needs a non-vampiric goat for decorative purposes, hit me up. I know a guy.
