I was a backer from before but never received word about this actually being done again >.< I hope I haven't missed much if I have can someone help fill me in.
You were a backer on MMORPG and missed the Kickstarter? Weird, you should have gotten an email announcing the launch of the kickstarter drive. Too late for that now I guess :/ There have been some "Actor of the World" reveals that you can read about under the announcements tab on the kickstarter page, including Mr. Whitechapel, Division 66 (and Gladys), and Captain William Patrick. I don't know if you participated in The Secret World ARGs, but we had a mission at the end of September in which we were toyed with by Whitechapel and went to save Msika who had spent the last 2 years being passed around and tortured by various agencies (oops.) Best place to read info of that mission is here. (If you aren't familiar with the TSW ARGs, you just need to know that Msika was an agent who helped us but we thought she was killed and Whitechapel was an antagonist in the first one who escaped at the end. In the end, though, those ARGs are tenuously connected with this one.) Otherwise, kickstarter succeeded, you already saw Mission Alpha is what we're being teased with now. It's too late to get in on the kickstarter but you can pledge on this page for a few options, otherwise it's the waiting game
Yah I went back last night looking about in my spam and emails and received nothing about the kickstarter sadly ( totally would have gotten a military jacket to wear while I'm running around my area looking for things xp )and that multi pass I did do the ARG in September I believe the one with the website and the 6 missions right? I know ive done the other args I only every wear my Black watchmen hoodie in tsw Just trying to see if i missed much glad to see I haven't missed the start but yah bummed about missing the kick starter
In many email services, spams are automaticaly deleted after a few weeks. We received an information email concerning the new campaign to come on Kickstarter on the 20th of june (2014), and the KS project started in august, and was funded on the 30th of september. The shop still seems to propose non-physical items pledge options to have access to the game, but you'll probably want confirmation before trying to get one. The 6 missions ARG took place in march 2014 (but solo investigation missions are still available to play through on the website). The september event was another one based on informations extracted from http://barbizonhotels.com/ and triggered by an email from Mr. "patCh heWlie" (19th of september).
I'm pretty sure I was part of the WC one but I could be mistaken. Any rate I'm just glad to see this place alive again and I look forward to working with you all
