Skin locked

So I pre-ordered the Sentry pack for the game and since it all moved to steam (I don't think I'm part of the closed beta) I downloaded the demo version my skin is now locked. Is it supposed to be that way?

 

You should have received a code in your email from the pre-order that you can redeem in-game for your skin & other pre order perks

 

I used the code to unlock stuff in the old beta version before it moved to steam, in the demo version nothing is unlocked and it says the code is already used.

 

Are you using the same account?

 

I logged in once more and everything I had was unlocked, IDK what happened but thanks for the help.
