You could probably get a prepaid card at like a grocery store or something. Dunno. It would be a shame for you to miss out just cus of that.
You don't need to own an credit card. Every site that has VISA card, they accept any and all VISA cards. For example. Visa Electron, Visa Credit/Debit and normal Visa. Same goes for MasterCard. EDIT: Even Kickstarter FAQ says this: " You can use a debit or credit card associated with Visa, Discover, MasterCard, or American Express. Discover is currently only accepted for US-based projects. Sorry, but we do not currently accept Maestro, or Visa Electron cards. If using a pre-paid credit card, please make sure that the card has a value of at least $1 more than your pledge amount." is total bs. I used my Visa Electron card and it took it w/o even asking anything.
