Unfortunately on the agent map, I can't respond to calls for help because the window only pops up for a brief second. Spoiler I was able to do the mission on the map by predicting where the start button was going to be but I don't think that's the case with the calls for help.
I was also seeing some weirdness with the calls for help, not the same weirdness though. My journal icon was flashing orange at random times despite the fact that I was not in an active group.
My location on the map is correct. On occasion I can open the window without it closing within a few moments, but it doesn't happen too often.
