Hi everyone, Just wanted to give you an update on the Season 2 release, we are still waiting after steam since monday for the approval of our game... I don't know if it's because of the thanksgiving or something else, but we will keep you updated as soon as we are approved!
No it is because of the Steam Fall sale. they are always busy at this time. It is very unfortunate [ timing wise], but I believe this to be the cause. ( and This is also the cause of the lag on steam in general on their client) Horrible timing. But if you can get TBW season one on one of the sales . you can get more agents. And even if steam apporves the DLC content you can charge full price for the DLC for NEW agents/buyers. And it will not affect the current agents who will receive a key. Just a good way to get the game more publicity before the fall sale ends. I'm not sure if its too late for TBW to be on one of the front pages for a FALL sale day on steam. BUT if you can, It would have 6 million people that would see it that day. * *(source - Steam users statistics)
Yeah, I kinda wondered what would happen with the release because of the fall sale. Oh well, then we have it for the beginning of December.
@Anashel . Has there been any info back from steam about the new DLC season since the last update you posted?
I would think so. Now steam staff can check the DLC and approve it. It just sucked for us timing wise. I imagine steam will get to it very soon now.
