So I checked with one of the more professor-looking types in the archives (after having to explain that I wasn't a robot sent from the future to kill him) and he said that the runes are part of a ritual to "weaken the cross-dimensional barriers to allow something something" basically it lets people get things from other dimensions granted they know where it roughly is. The only problem is that the blood on the wall is most likely from a female. So someone's trying to open a portal, but it isn't either Dylan.
He doesn't have to worry about me. Unless you are actually shooting at me nothing I do/make should kill you.
So anyone have any unexpected mood swings or intoxications? Injuries you can't explain? There's got to be someone else from across the fence

I'm beginning to see what happened, you said you dropped the device before the portal send you here. It probably means it got left behind, and someone from your universe picked it up, and followed you here. I need to know who was with you when you dropped the Eye. You aren't trying to open the portal, but someone from your universe is. @Treble I would look through the security footage and try to find a female operative in two places at once.
Dylanalike has told me that he didn't think anyone was nearby when he crossed over... Although he says he was nearest Micro Lab C.....
So Midd is currently safe and sound in Micro C. She's also currently ransacking one of our bloodbanks, and by the looks of it she's taking the pints of her own blood that are stored there. Otherdipper is also wearing some kind of... pendant I guess? It might be stopping her from being connected with herself. To be fair, we don't know for sure that she wants to kill everyone. And that doesn't exactly explain why @Gödel saw other Dylan pouring spiders into the vents.
OtherDipper seems to be about as well versed in my protocols as I am, which is concerning. I think she may actually have access to Mico C even while it is technically in quarantine. It's possible that dylanalike and OtherDipper come from an alter-verse where they actually get along? That's all I can think of here. Or maybe I /she finally perfected that project.... No, that would mean she's smarter than me. And she's not. I'm going to keep comms mostly silent from me in order to keep her from gaining an edge here. Best of luck, please don't kill my double.
Well, technically it shouldn't kill you if she's somehow stopping you from being linked. I can't get the cameras to differentiate between you two, though, so my tech is currently useless to stop her unless you want to take a nap
She's back in the archive's BTW. The guys I sent to subdue her were taken out with some kind of tranq-shotgun, so be wary
I'll lead the group I'm with to cover you. I can still manually paint targets, they just can't auto target her
So uh... I'm guessing that wasn't successful. I can say with 100% certainty that she is not in the archives. Also I'm going to need to replace most of my lab techs, and also she seems pretty unwilling to kill me so I think the pendant may just dampen the connection rather than close it off completely. So, again, please don't kill her. I can try to sneak someone into Micro C if you want to try to reason with her and/or subdue her, as far as I can tell she hasn't been able to locate our universe's Eye yet, or if she has then she isn't able to open the connection between our universe and the alterverse yet. Also, I'm gonna call her DoubleDipper, because it's way funnier. Uh, yeah. Please someone try to come in here and deal with this though. I'm a scientist, this is way out of my comfort zone.
Uh. So, that tranq shotgun is a bit more advanced than it sounds. It overloaded the sensors on my bot and knocked me out. No idea what happened to @Gödel The prototypes for the Omega Blue are out of commission for now, so I guess I'm going to have to come down personally
