I'm on chapter 2 right now and I couldn't get anywhere with it. I tried everything and then decided to use a hint. It turns out that at some point in the mission Dylan adds XKEYSCORE entities and info to the localhost but the event to do that never triggers after

I can get to an r&d fileshare that I want to connect to and have pulled out APEXGLARE and NIGHTSHADE files from it. I also have a serial number extract

that lists the APEXGLARE drone dronex2119-0619 which just tells me US/Americas, and June 2019 start date

I have gained access to Grey Shadow, and have gotten Xkey entries, but I continue to get partial relations, but no full data no matter what combination I try

So I've been going through the newest open world mission and I'm enjoying it for the most part! Managed to get through the first 2 missions np but for some reason I cannot figure out the 3rd. Was wondering if anyone here managed to complete all 3 and had any tips or any ideas ;_;
