Now it’s not a big secret that during your time with The Black Watchmen you’re going to need to be cracking a few codes and decrypting several ciphers.

I’ve assembled a training program where you’ll be faced with many different codes, ciphers and puzzles.

He left puzzle trails on sticky notes on my desk, but I'm too busy with other stuff to be able to solve it (I did try, though).
